About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our team at Northumberland Park Medical Group. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring a positive experience in our busy practice.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming service to patients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring the smooth operation of our appointments system.
- Process and distribute mail, take messages, and pass on information to the relevant team members.
- Utilize our clinical computer systems, including SystmOne, to manage patient data and maintain confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team, providing administrative support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
