About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Buying Assistant to join our Buying team in Apsley. As a Buying Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Buyer and Assistant Buyer in identifying and delivering the product strategy for the Baby and Boys department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely production of products with the right manufacturing partner, liaising directly with partners to resolve any issues.
  • Support the timely arrival and availability of products.
  • Input accurate information into the system and supporting documents to maintain accurate style information.
  • Work with the team to ensure smooth running of the department, including global sign off and selling events.
  • Communicate effectively with all involved parties.
  • Collect and collate information relevant to critical path management.
  • Ensure a smooth product development process with total critical path adherence.
  • Provide administrative support as required, including booking meeting rooms and maintaining a tidy department.
  • Benchmark to stay up-to-date with the competitive market.
