About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs.
  • Support residents with a wide range of requirements, from companionship to personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to monitor residents' well-being and report any changes.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and healthcare professionals.
