We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at St Georges Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and promoting their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with their medication needs, including administering medication and monitoring side effects
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities and conversations to promote their mental and emotional well-being
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care
