Regulatory Reward Specialist

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reward Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Rewards department, you will be responsible for supporting the Reward Manager (Compensation & Regulatory) in regulatory analysis, policy development, and process implementation for the global asset management business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of year-end and new joiner reward guidance/explanation, particularly for regulation-driven arrangements in EMEA
- Partner with HR and Operational Risk colleagues to ensure the Risk Adjustment process is well-coordinated, compliant, and effective on a global basis
- Support fair pay analysis and reporting, including UK Gender Pay Gap disclosure
Requirements:
- Experience of completing remuneration disclosure reporting for UCITS/AIFMD or similar
- Strong understanding of European financial services reward regulation and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
