  • Purpose: To provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing eye surgery in a specialist theatre environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • To assess the needs of each patient and develop individualised care plans.
    • To administer medication and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
    • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
    • To participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
