Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, including value stream mapping and one-piece flow.
  • Strong understanding of Six Sigma tools for minimizing product variability, such as regression analysis and design of experiments.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving methods like 8D, root cause analysis, and FMEA, ensuring effective issue resolution.
  • Skilled in CAD, CAM, MS Office, MiniTab, and similar software, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing principles, including metal cutting, tool design, and injection molding.
  • Experience leading cross-functional process improvement teams, driving collaboration and results.
  • Strong grasp of engineering design and product reliability concepts, including fluid/thermal dynamics and electronic circuits.
  • Familiarity with ProLaunch and industry quality standards, such as ISO9001 and AS9100.
  • Understanding of product specifications, end-user applications, and testing requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
