Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Diversity Manager at Dsfire. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a successful health, safety, and wellbeing culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide feedback to teams and individuals on their work to ensure a healthy, safe, and productive working environment.
- Develop and maintain healthy, safe, and productive working conditions.
- Develop your own skills to improve your performance and contribute to the organization's success.
- Experience in promoting a successful health, safety, and wellbeing culture is essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Completed ICS course or pre-incident command review.
- Good leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with teams.
- Not subject to formal performance improvement actions or live disciplinary sanctions.
- Discussed the opportunity with your Line Manager.
- Live or work within a 5-minute response to the Station.
