About the Role

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Radiographer to join our team in the Cross-Sectional Imaging Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality imaging services using advanced modalities such as MRI, CT scanning, and Neuro Interventional Angiography.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality imaging services using advanced modalities
  • Work collaboratively with the imaging team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and maintain expertise in MRI, CT scanning, and Neuro Interventional Angiography
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Radiographer who possesses the following qualities:

  • HCPC registration
  • Considerable postgraduate experience in a department using IR(ME)R 2017 and IRR 2017 regulations
  • Appropriate BSc Radiography degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
