About the role

As a Job Coach, you will play a pivotal role in delivering information and advice to young people who are currently on work placement. Your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored support to learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they successfully complete all elements of the programme in alignment with its requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide one-on-one job coaching to learners with SEN
  2. Help learners develop employability skills
  3. Travel around the London Borough of Hillingdon to meet young people at their workplace

Role Type: This is a part-time role, working one day a week on a Wednesday.
