About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at Wiser Elite. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a demand generation strategy that drives growth and revenue for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities and initiatives
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform data-driven decision making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and marketing automation
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Excel
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently
