Head of Demand Generation Marketing

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing creative campaigns to drive demand generation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse demand generation data to further drive demand and inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement effective demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in demand generation marketing, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
