Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global Risk Director to provide strategic support for our Global Risk Function, driving transparency, collaboration and unified messaging across various risk teams. This role will play a critical part in embedding a risk-aware culture at Boston Consulting Group.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our Risk Strategy and Operations team, responsible for developing and executing a governance framework around strategic communications and change management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize impact on our firm and facilitate change activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic communication plan to drive stakeholder engagement and awareness of risk-related initiatives
  • Lead and deliver change management approaches to identify synergies and connections between risk teams and beyond
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align messaging and embed processes to support business needs
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments to understand gaps in risk awareness and develop engagement plans
  • Articulate practical mitigation activities to address risks and improve front-line engagement
What We're Looking For

We need someone with 10+ years of experience in risk management, consulting, or communications, with a proven track record of leading transformational change programs in a global organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong business skills, judgment, and executive influence, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Social Sciences
  • Project Management certification or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of effective communications and change management
  • Experience with Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Ability to apply strong business skills and judgment to complex situations

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience.
