New Homes Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled New Homes Sales Specialist to join our team at Fawkes and Reece. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new homes on-site, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct viewings around the show homes and sell off-plan units
  • Work within a team to ensure sales targets are met
  • General upkeep of the sales and marketing suite
  • Stay up-to-date with competitors in the area
  • Ensure good knowledge of the development and its unique selling points (USPs)
  • Respond to customer enquiries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in new homes sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with the local property market
