We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Head Coach to join our team at Nike (New). As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for creating a unique shopping experience and delivering exceptional service excellence to our consumers. With a focus on operational excellence, you will oversee various departments, implement Nike's strategy, and support the Head Coach in achieving sales targets and improving consumer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and deliver service excellence.
  • Coordinate, support, and supervise a diverse team to ensure an excellent work atmosphere.
  • Implement operational excellent processes and tools to reach sales targets and optimize services.
  • Oversee various departments such as Commercial, Athlete, and/or Consumer Experience.
  • Support Head Coach in implementing Nike's strategy in your store.
  • Provide reports about store activities, local marketplace, and consumer insights.
  • Ensure the store complies with all Nike standards and guidelines.
  • Cooperate with business partners across stores and HQ.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience.
