Apparel Sales Manager

Talent Guardian is looking for an Apparel Sales Manager - Leadership Opportunity to lead our field sales team and drive growth in the wholesale and export markets. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our brand presence.
Key responsibilities will include delivering sales results, regular business reviews with each team member, and accompanying field sales representatives on visits to independent and key account customers. You will also be required to analyse sales data to inform decision-making and review field sales territories and stockist numbers.
We are offering a competitive salary range of £65,000-£75,000 per annum, plus a 20% 'on target' bonus. Additional benefits include a company vehicle or car allowance, mobile, laptop, 22 days annual leave rising to 25 days after the qualifying length of service, and summertime leave early on Fridays.
