About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant (SEN/SEMH) to join our team in the Luton area. As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with mild to moderate SEMH needs, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work alongside a team of well-trained SEN specialists to provide individualized support to students, adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
  2. Support pupils aged 4-19 years old with SEMH needs, helping them to develop essential life skills and confidence.
  3. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and pupils to build strong relationships and foster a supportive environment that encourages growth and development.
What You'll Need:
  1. Experience working with students with SEMH needs, demonstrating patience and empathy in your role.
  2. A commitment to tailoring education and training to individual needs, ensuring each student receives the support they require to succeed.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with teachers, parents, and pupils.
