Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training and education to adult care apprentices in their care homes and online.
- Utilize your industry expertise to train and mentor apprentices, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the care sector.
- Meet with apprentices and employers to discuss learning needs, provide feedback, and develop relationships.
- Explain the importance of English and maths in care, supporting apprentices with their functional skills.
- Visit employers and provide feedback on apprentices' skills, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Complete administrative and planning tasks, utilizing Google Suite and internal platforms and systems.
- Demonstrable experience at Care Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Care Manager level.
- A Level 5 qualification in Adult Care (or similar).
- A good grasp of technology and administrative skills.
- Have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths.
- A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.
- A starting salary from £27,000.
