The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our Retail and Hospitality Division as a Lead Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth across our TISSL and Giftpro business units, managing a team of three, and aligning your efforts with our strategic goals. You will also participate in sales activities, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and stay ahead of industry trends to inform business strategies.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary estimated at £60,000-£80,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as life assurance, private medical cover, group income protection, and enhanced pension scheme.
