Supply Desk is seeking a Student Development Coordinator to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a secondary school setting. This long-term role offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual student needs, providing one-on-one and small group support to enhance student learning. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with students with SEMH, ASD, or in a similar SEN role.

About the Role

The Student Development Coordinator will be responsible for supporting students in a secondary school setting, collaborating with teaching staff, and providing one-on-one and small group support. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to different situations and work effectively in a team.

The role involves developing strategies to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth, working closely with teaching staff to plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual student needs.
