About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team at inTEC Education. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class IT support service to staff and pupils at Aldro School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain servers, networks, end-user devices, and cloud systems to ensure a reliable and innovative IT environment for staff and pupils.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets within the service desk, escalate technical issues, and undertake routine maintenance of classroom IT.
  • Ensure all systems are safe for pupil use, working closely with the safeguarding team to prevent access to harmful content.
  • Monitor IT systems and the network for viruses, malfunctions, and errors.
  • Update the school's IT asset register and documentation for all IT systems.
  • Support various IT projects.
Requirements
  • At least three years' experience in a similar role.
  • Microsoft systems administration experience (Windows Server, 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure).
  • iSAMS experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
