About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, adhering to individual care plans and national guidelines.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure residents' needs are met and care plans are updated accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop strategies for improving outcomes.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
