We are seeking a Building Compliance Expert to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership Limited. In this critical role, you will focus on delivering fire safety solutions for complex buildings, mainly in London and the South East. You will have opportunities to collaborate with experienced professionals and work on diverse projects.

Candidates should have substantial experience as a Fire Safety Consultant, specifically in fire risk assessments, fire strategy development, and building safety management system creation. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, including Approved Document B, and fire safety standards is necessary. Producing detailed client reports and communicating effectively with clients are also essential skills.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000.

Hotel costs for essential overnight stays will be reimbursed.

Duties:
  1. Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments (Tier 1-4) and develop fire safety strategies for high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
  2. Review and design building safety management systems.
  3. Perform fire compartmentation surveys and provide recommendations.
  4. Support clients with fire safety management, audits, and advice.
  5. Contribute to fire safety plans.
  6. Serve as a fire safety expert for internal teams and clients.

Qualified candidates should hold certified fire safety qualifications and memberships, such as GIFireE, MIFireE, or MIFSM, and be pursuing a Fire safety or fire engineering diploma.
