About the OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated individual to work with participants at Interventions Alliance, providing one-to-one support and helping them access accommodation and housing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting personalized care, working closely with participants to improve their lives and equip them with skills to progress and avoid criminality.
We value candidates with lived experience of the Criminal Justice System who wish to give back to their community.

- Safeguarding vulnerable adults
- Safeguarding children

- Providing practical and emotional support
- Encouraging engagement with appointments
- Support filling in forms
- Helping participants access resources
- Reporting issues related to participant behaviour
- Engaging in regular supervision sessions
- Completing feedback notes within 48 hours
- Actively promoting Seetec values
- Lone working, adhering to safety procedures
- Volunteering in a non-discriminatory manner
- Attending team meetings and ongoing training
- Encouraging compliance with probation appointments
**Salary Range:** £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience
