About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Transformation Service at Lincolnshire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the implementation and delivery of our transformation activities, corporate priorities, and major projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the delivery of complex transformational and innovative change projects and programmes of work, from inception to completion.
  • Apply business and data analysis approaches to support the delivery of innovative solutions to improve our services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver change and ensure the successful implementation of projects.
  • Prioritize workload and work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Contribute to the development of our Transformation Service and ensure alignment with our values and behaviours.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £33,024 - £36,648, a pension, and a comprehensive benefits package. We are committed to your development and will work with you to ensure your goals and ours are aligned.

Our role is based in Lincoln and offers a hybrid working model, combining time on site with working from home. We have a good technology platform and equipment to support remote working.
