About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the completion of engineering phases, working with supply chain to ensure timely and on-budget delivery, and facilitating technical discussions with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan completion of engineering phases
  • Work with supply chain to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
  • Facilitate technical discussions with engineering teams
  • Clearly understand client requirements and action them through the Lincoln organisation
  • Work with the planner to achieve on-time delivery
  • Regular commercial discussions with the CPM team to manage the trading position
  • Arrange installation and commissioning upgrades on turbine packages worldwide
  • Brief the field service team and site management on project readiness
  • Ensure scope is clear and variations are handled in a structured manner
  • Drive on-time delivery and demonstrate a 'Customer / Safety first' mentality

Requirements

  • Proficient in SAP, One PM, MS-Project, and general IT tools
  • Excellent project management knowledge and a can-do approach
  • Clear and organised mind with excellent communication and people skills
  • Passion and dedication to the team
  • Knowledge and experience in similar positions advantageous, with training provided
  • Degree level or equivalent technical degree preferred but not essential
