Project Manager

Fawkes & Reece are partnering with a leading Tier 1 contractor to find a skilled Project Manager to oversee the resurfacing and upgrades of runways at RAF bases in Oxford and Lincoln. The successful candidate will have experience working on major civil engineering projects, preferably in a Tier 1 environment, and be familiar with the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of two projects, one in Lincoln and one in Oxford, with a focus on runway resurfacing and upgrades.
- Develop and implement safe systems of work, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and other project documentation as required.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of the projects.
About You
- Proven experience working on building projects, ideally in a civils environment.
- Strong technical and project management abilities, with a focus on safety, quality, and environmental issues.
- Excellent organizational and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations, as well as relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.
