About the Role

Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Project Manager to join our Onshore Distributed Projects team in Lincoln, England. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering service project scopes to a range of clients in the rotating equipment industry.

Your Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee all outages and unscheduled maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with the Sales function to develop opportunities and manage key clients
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with contract obligations and drive customer satisfaction through ownership and entrepreneurship
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional improvement projects and initiatives to drive solutions aligned with business needs
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about energy and customer service. A prior Customer Management role is essential, and you should have a proven track record in project management and delivery. Excellent listening and communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
