Job Title: Support Coordinator
United Response is seeking an experienced and dedicated Support Coordinator to join our team in Mansfield. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to adults with physical and mental health conditions, as well as learning difficulties.

The Role:
The successful Support Coordinator will be responsible for helping with daily chores, administering medication, accompanying individuals to appointments, and promoting independence where possible. You will also be required to work days/evenings/weekends/Bank Holidays, so a flexible approach is essential.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a patient and resilient individual who is passionate about supporting people with disabilities. You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in mental health and challenging behaviour, and be willing to invest time in getting to know our service users and understanding their needs.

Benefits:
As a Support Coordinator, you will receive competitive pay of £12.25 per hour, plus a range of benefits including 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part-time), pension contribution, access to free occupational health, physiotherapy, counselling, and advice services, fully paid training, and travel to work scheme (season ticket loan).

Requirements:
You will need a Full UK Driver's Licence and be subject to an enhanced DBS Check.
