Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising, supporting, and holding staff to account within the home
  • Ensuring children receive a standard of care compliant with the home's Statement of Purpose and Function
  • Establishing meaningful relationships with each child and their caregivers
  • Managing complex behaviors and encouraging engagement in positive routines

You will work collaboratively with the management team to achieve goals and ensure the home remains up-to-date with regulatory changes.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
