We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Engineer to join our team at Circet UK in Preston. As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining broadband and telephony services for our clients, including TalkTalk and BT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install broadband and TV services

• Resolve broadband faults

• Optimise speed in our customer's premises on behalf of our clients

• Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and services

Requirements:

• Complete all work to the required quality standard as applied by Circet Home in line with best working practices and client requirements

• Educate our customers on the services installed while ensuring all services are operating to the customer's satisfaction

• Work efficiently whilst being considerate and maintaining a clean environment and excellent customer satisfaction

• Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and enquiries

• Comply with company fleet policy, current health and safety regulations, and environmental regulations
