Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their communication needs and develop customized Zoom Phone solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing communication systems and recommend strategies for integrating Zoom Phone seamlessly.
- Lead Zoom Phone implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving challenges in a timely manner.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate clients on Zoom Phone capabilities, usage, and optimization strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, updates, and advancements in Zoom Phone technology, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and driving product enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, configurations, and solutions provided, using internal systems and tools.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote Zoom Phone solutions, participate in client meetings, and contribute to the development of marketing materials and case studies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
