Do you have Telecommunications Support Administrator experience, and are you seeking a new job in Manchester or Preston? Electricity North West is looking for a full-time Telecommunications Support Administrator, and the role comes with a salary of up to £36,221.08 per year plus excellent benefits.

As a Telecommunications Support Administrator, you will support a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that challenging service levels are met. This is in projects, maintenance, and fault repair of the telecommunication networks. You will also manage the team mailbox, resolving queries, requests and issues that are sent in from the teams.

In this Telecommunications Support Administrator role you will be:

- Managing the Telecoms team mailbox, resolving queries, requests and issues that are sent in from the teams
- Managing the purchasing processes that support Telecoms activities in both projects and operations
- Supporting the team with asset data management and financial administrative tasks
- Collating and checking of data to enable reporting and statistics creation

Please note that you will be expected to attend our Salford depot for training for this role for a period of 4-6 weeks

To succeed in this flexible role, you will need experience in purchasing processes and experience in data analysis and reporting. You will also require the following:

- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
- Knowledge of SAP (desirable)
- Knowledge of Sunrise and NMS (DMD) - Fault recording and asset record updates are desirable
- The ability to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines
