We are seeking a detail-oriented and numerate individual to join our finance operations team at Building Careers UK.
Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity plays a key role in our finance operations, working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth financial processes.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial procedures
- Manage accounts and perform reconciliations using Sage software
- Support the preparation of invoices and budget tracking reports
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within the construction industry (highly desirable)
- Essential knowledge and hands-on experience with Sage software
- Strong organizational skills and proactive problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
