Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth financial processes, supporting the wider team with accurate reporting and financial tasks, utilizing Sage to manage accounts and maintain financial records, assisting with invoicing, reconciliations, and budget tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Sage (essential)
  • Experience in the construction industry (highly desirable)
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
