Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Developer to join our team as a Leading Quantitative Market-Maker. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our platforms and tooling to ensure seamless execution of our trading strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance platforms and tooling to support our trading operations
  • Automate complex processes to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency
  • Maintain and evaluate current infrastructure and tooling, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new technologies and techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automation, with a strong track record of designing and implementing tools to streamline processes
  • Excellent development skills in Python or Go, with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
  • Experience with Linux, networking, and storage technologies, with a strong understanding of system architecture and design
  • Proficiency in standard development tools, including git, IDEs, CI/CD, and test-driven techniques
  • Previous experience with containerization, monitoring applications, logging tools, configuration management, and knowledge of trading systems is highly desirable
