Engineering Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at a leading process engineering giant. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a vital role in the growth of the team, with clear scope to directly influence the direction of the department.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in automation, CAD, and lean techniques, with experience in heavy manufacturing. They will be responsible for leading and developing a multi-skilled maintenance team, delivering CAPEX projects, and maintaining and improving the CMMS.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation and CAD, as well as experience with lean techniques such as SMED, FMEA, FTA, and 5S. They will also have a heavy manufacturing background and be commutable to Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team
  • Delivery of CAPEX projects
  • Maintain and improve the CMMS
  • Onboarding and training

Requirements:

  • Automation and CAD experience
  • Lean techniques (SMED, FMEA, FTA, 5S)
  • Heavy manufacturing background
  • Commutable to Nottingham
