Nursing Home Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a beautiful Nursing Home in Chickerell. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents while promoting independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners.
- Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high standard.
- Assist in the nursing care of residents and general day-to-day activities of the home.
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent skills and knowledge of the job role.
- Comprehensive induction and training programme.
