We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Professional to join our team in Weymouth, United Kingdom.
Salary and BenefitsThis role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential non-medical support services, enabling them to maintain their independence at home. The estimated salary for this position is up to £14.25 per hour, with additional benefits including paid waiting time, travel time, and health cash plan.
Job DescriptionAs a Care Professional, you will embark on daily adventures in client care, from sprucing up personal grooming to whipping up delicious meals. You will become a ray of sunshine in our clients' lives, spreading cheer and positive vibes throughout their day. Your role will also involve accompanying clients on exciting outings and appointments, while keeping a watchful eye on their well-being and reporting any changes to our care coordinator.
You will flex your empathy muscles and adapt to each client's unique needs like a care chameleon. Your primary goal will be to enhance our clients' quality of life, prioritizing dignity and independence.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting older people, although not necessary.
- A passion for supporting others and pride yourself on finding creative ways to improve a person's life.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, compassion, and respect are essential qualities for this role.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is required.
- A valid driving licence is necessary to work surrounding areas.
