Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Data Analysis: Build and maintain marketing data reports using Salesforce Einstein and Google Analytics 4, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Dashboard Development: Design and implement Power BI dashboards to monitor campaign success and key customer groups, driving self-service initiatives across campaign teams.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify and troubleshoot negative trends and anomalies in marketing effectiveness, measured by key reach and engagement metrics.
  • Web Optimization: Analyze customer behavior and trends via Hotjar, driving web optimization initiatives to improve customer experience.
  • Data Segmentation: Assist with running complex data queries to segment and personalize data sets, ensuring accurate and consistent data quality.
  • Data Integration: Collaborate with the Data and IT teams to integrate data across various platforms, ensuring optimal data utilization for campaigns and reporting.
  • Best Practices: Work closely with Group Marketing Operations to align on best practices, new technologies, and cross-sector benchmarking.
Requirements
  • Analytics Experience: Proven experience in analytics and insight platforms, including Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar.
  • Business Intelligence: Experience in building dashboards and working with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI.
  • Database Management: Experience in database management, audience segmentation, and data enrichment.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Understanding of metrics, including conversion rates, database growth, lead nurture, engagement, MQL/SQL.
  • Data Privacy: Familiarity with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and PECR.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong logic and problem-solving skills, with a passion for uncovering data insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into simplicity.
