About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at H&M Kingston Kids store in the Bentalls Shopping centre. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a department to support the Sales and Profit of the store and deliver a Customer First Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will lead with a vision to secure the best experience for all our colleagues and customers.
  • You will evaluate your team's performance, provide regular feedback, and support succession through their development and training.
  • You will analyse and follow up on Sales & Profit KPI's for your department.
  • You will ensure Health & Safety, legal, and security are in accordance with H&M standards and local laws to always secure all employees and customers safety.

Requirements

  • You should have management experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • You should have previous experience of leading and managing teams.
  • You should have a passion for profitability and people.
  • You should have a Customer-first mindset.
