About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at H&M Kingston Kids store in the Bentalls Shopping centre. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a department to support the Sales and Profit of the store and delivering a Customer First Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with a vision to secure the best experience for all our colleagues and customers
  • Evaluate team performance, provide regular feedback, and support succession through development and training
  • Analyse and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department
  • Ensure Health & Safety, legal, and security are in accordance with H&M standards and local laws to secure all employees and customers' safety

Requirements

  • Management experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Previous experience of leading and managing teams
  • Passion for profitability and people
  • Customer-first mindset
