Advanced Materials Scientist

We are looking for a skilled Cathode Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation Li-ion battery technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading research and development efforts focused on cathode materials.
Responsibilities:- Research and development of high-energy density cathode materials.
- Collaboration with supply chain and sourcing teams to ensure raw material quality.
- Driving innovation in cathode chemistries to meet future-generation demands.
- Strong understanding of cathode materials, including NMC and next-gen chemistries.
- Experience in synthesis and electrochemical behavior analysis.
- Familiarity with supply chain requirements and sustainable material considerations.
£90,000 - £130,000 per year.
