Agratas is a leading manufacturer of high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries for the mobility and energy sectors.
Job Overview:We are seeking an Electrolyte and Separator Scientist to join our research team at our Oxford facility. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth R&D on electrolyte compositions and separator materials to improve ionic conductivity, stability, and compatibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct electrochemical and thermal testing on materials, analyse data, and work with testing teams to validate new materials.
- Collaborate with cell development, materials, and process engineering teams to integrate advanced materials into prototypes.
- Maintain detailed records of development processes, test results, and optimisation strategies.
You will have the opportunity to work in a rapidly scaling-up environment as a subsidiary of Tata Sons, helping build the UK's biggest battery manufacturing facility.
