Job Description:

This role requires a seasoned Sales Team Leader with a strong background in sales development and customer management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and promoting our products to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Account Management: Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure maximum sales potential.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product portfolio and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and customer management.
  • Strong understanding of the Progressive Cavity pump industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (Option to purchase 5 days after probation period), Westfield Health Medical Cover, Cycle scheme (After probation period), and Electric Car Scheme (After probation period).
