We are seeking a talented and ambitious Digital Marketing Professional to join our team at Kindred | Marketing Recruitment Specialists.

Salary: £28,000 per annum.

Location: Based in the heart of London, with excellent transport links to the rest of the city.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic two-person marketing team, supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager in driving brand growth and developing diverse marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing website updates, creating engaging social media content, designing email campaigns, and assisting with video and podcast production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Digital Marketing: Update our website, create social media content, send email campaigns, and assist with video and podcast production.
  • External Campaigns: Support brand growth through marketing plans, assist with advertising, PR, and events.
  • Internal Communications: Produce newsletters, support charity events, and organise internal social activities.
  • Admin & Reporting: Track marketing expenditure, collate KPIs, manage the marketing calendar, and report on competitor trends.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organising awards dinners and networking events.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in business, marketing or English.
  • 6-12 months experience in marketing, either from an internship, degree placement or first job post university.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, punctuation and proofreading.
  • Basic digital marketing knowledge, social media skills, strong communication and organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop a plus but not essential.
  • A creative mindset, can-do attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn and develop your digital marketing skills.
