Social Marketing Specialist

Sphere Digital Recruitment | Best Small Company 2022 is seeking a highly skilled Social Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive engagement and sales across the EU.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to shape social and influencer strategies across the EU.
  • Manage freelancers to source influencers and content for local markets.
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize social channel performance.
  • Enhance social strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to boost engagement and sales.
  • Expand influencer outreach to grow brand awareness and profitability.
  • Improve reporting and insights for social marketing.
  • Develop strategies to engage and convert online communities into customers.
  • Support omnichannel marketing efforts and achieve trade targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes.
Requirements:
  • Self-driven with a strong understanding of using social media to boost e-commerce.
  • Experience working with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Experienced in EU campaigns and social ads across major platforms.
  • Skilled in at least one European language and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Has leadership potential and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Video content experience is a bonus.
