Learning Support Assistant

**Job Description:** We are seeking a committed SEN Specialist to join our team at a Primary School in Croxteth. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Main Duties:- Develop and implement tailored support plans for pupils with SEN.
- Work closely with teachers to identify and address learning gaps.
- Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
- A Level 3 qualification in education or a related field.
- Proven experience working with children with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality education to all pupils.
- A salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
