Interior Designer – Hospitality Projects

Company Overview

Sterling Arrow is a leading design firm specializing in high-profile hospitality projects. We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and driven Interior Designer to develop detailed FF&E schedules, create and present mood boards, furniture layouts, and design concepts for client approval. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FF&E design, technical drawing, and furniture layouts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed FF&E schedules for hospitality projects, ensuring impeccable design standards.
  • Create and present mood boards, furniture layouts, and design concepts for client approval.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery from concept through to completion.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address design challenges, and ensure projects stay on track.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive and innovative outcomes for all projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design (essential).
  • Minimum 2 years of UK-based experience in interior design, ideally within hospitality.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp is required.
  • Strong background in FF&E design, technical drawing, and furniture layouts.
