About the Role

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with a passion for hospitality design to join our dynamic team at Sterling Arrow. As a creative and driven Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile hospitality projects, including leading restaurants, bars, and F&B establishments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed FF&E schedules for hospitality projects, ensuring impeccable design standards.
  • Create and present mood boards, furniture layouts, and design concepts for client approval.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery from concept through to completion.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address design challenges, and ensure projects stay on track.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive and innovative outcomes for all projects.
Requirements
  • Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design (essential).
  • Minimum 2 years of UK-based experience in interior design, ideally within hospitality.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp is required.
  • Strong background in FF&E design, technical drawing, and furniture layouts.
